Front Desk Receptionist
The receptionist is the first point of contact for our guests and an important part of our team as gatekeeper and managing the flow of traffic throughout the building. This position is shared with another person and is generally expected to work 3 days a week, sometimes 4. The hours are dependent on which days you are scheduled to work; 9am - 6pm on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday. Thursdays 9am - 7:30pm and Saturdays 9am - 5:30pm.
Responsibilities:
Greet and direct guests to the appropriate person
Answer inbound telephone calls and direct to the appropriate person
Assist sales staff with transactions to ensure our guests receive the best experience possible
Perform opening duties each morning
Ensure that tender types are balanced throughout the day and notify manager immediately if not balanced
Perform closing duties at the end of each day and ensure tender types all balance
Qualifications:
Previous experience with computers and POS systems
