Shipping is Complimentary [via USPS} for weekday delivery on orders $200 and above [not including sales tax] - within the United States.
We do not ship to PO boxes or internationally.
Adult signature required. Your item will be insured accordingly.
We make every effort to ship your order within 1 business day if we receive your order by 12:00 pm. If you need delivery on a Saturday or expedited delivery there will be an additional fee.
Shipping fee is not refundable. Standard shipping charges will be refunded if there is an error or a discrepancy.
Any return shipping expenses will be your responsibility. Item to be returned and delivered to Cornell’s Jewelers within 14 days from date of purchase.

INSURING YOUR PACKAGE
Your package will be insured when shipping to you. If merchandise is defective or damaged during shipment upon receipt, notify us immediately with a photo and send to support@cornellsjewelers.com. In this scenario Cornell’s Jewelers will refund standard shipping charges [if there was a charge], cover the cost of the return shipping and insurance on the item.
In the event merchandise must be returned, it is the patron’s responsibility to purchase insurance through the carrier for the full retail amount of the item being returned. Cornell’s Jewelers will not issue a refund or credit if the merchandise is damaged or stolen during transit upon return to us. You are responsible for submitting a claim to the carrier.
